RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to follow the current menu in place and identify potential new dishes
• Experience in stock rotation and not wasting product
• Able to work with restaurant manager in stock ordering
• Must have level 1, 2 & 3 Food hygiene certificate
• Must have level 2 Allergy awareness certificate

We are looking for experienced Mixologist’s to join our team.
